Common questions

Why is the implementation fee higher than other vendors?
Because we do the work that other vendors leave to you. The fee covers a dedicated project manager, a documented requirements study, data migration and hands-on training. It is the reason our recurring subscription can stay as low as it is — and the reason our launches land.
Is cloud infrastructure included in the subscription?
No. Infrastructure is billed separately, at cost, based on what you actually use. The figures on this page are estimates for a typical deployment at each tier, so you can budget for the full picture rather than the software line alone.
What if my requirement is not in the standard product?
We build it. BigLedger's Applet architecture means custom modules, workflows and integrations become a native part of your system rather than a bolt-on. Bespoke development is always scoped and quoted before work begins.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. We offer a full-featured trial period so you can validate BigLedger against your real workflows before committing. Contact our team to arrange access.
Can I scale my plan up or down?
Absolutely. Plans are designed to grow with you — add modules, users, or transaction capacity as your business expands. Scaling down is equally supported.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, bank transfer, and FPX online banking. Annual contracts come with a meaningful discount over monthly billing.
Is my data secure and stored in Malaysia?
Yes. All data is stored in Malaysian data centers, encrypted at rest and in transit, with ISO 27001 certified infrastructure and daily automated backups.
What about training and onboarding?
All plans include documentation, video tutorials, and a dedicated onboarding team. Custom training sessions and data migration assistance are available based on your plan tier.
